About the Role
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will support organisational growth by gathering, validating, specifying and testing requirements and transforming and visualising data to enable better decision‑making. This role reports to the General Manager Data & Analytics and involves engaging with stakeholders – executive leadership, administrative staff and care team members – to capture and define reporting requirements. You will craft comprehensive BI solutions, derive actionable insights and lead the migration to a cloud‑based infrastructure within a dynamic, innovative, and supportive environment.

About You
* Ability to independently engage with stakeholders, understand their needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within fast‑paced Data & Analytics teams.
* Advanced expertise with Power BI, SSRS and an Azure or Snowflake data platform.
* Strong influence and presentation skills to drive appropriate solutions.
* Qualification in IT or Business Intelligence.

Desirable Experience
* Not for profit, aged care, health, or community services experience.
* Database management and data warehouse operational activities.
* Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Azure and SQL certification.
