Your role as our Second ECT:
- Collaborate with our existing ECT and leadership team to provide high-quality education and care
- Inspire children through engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Support your colleagues by sharing your knowledge, mentoring where needed, and learning together
- Build strong relationships with families and the community
- Champion best practice in early childhood education and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – OR studying towards a Bachelor or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education, holding a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Passion for early learning, with a genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and culturally respectful environment
