The role of Room Leader role will involve:
* Leading, managing, and motivating appointed room staff to achieve the objectives of the Centre and support staff in their development
* Assisting with the mentoring of permanent and casual employees
* Following an approved curriculum, where you will be a role modelling for children in developing lifelong skills and instilling in them a passion for learning
* Making lessons captivating and enjoyable for individuals and small groups of children
* Delivering consistent high-quality practice of the National Quality Framework
* Ensuring that records are maintained accurately for each child in care

Qualifications required
* Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Early Childhood / Children’s Services or equivalent
* First Aid and CPR certification
* Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
* Working with Children Card
