ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an energetic leader who can inject fun and personality into an environment whilst maintaining professionalism and getting the job done?
This is a hands-on role focused on creating an exceptional experience for guests and staff alike. You’ll bring professionalism and personality to the floor while managing day-to-day operations and developing your team.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, hard working & able to stay cool during a busy service. You will also have the opportunity to broaden your skill set under the guidance of the directors, who have significant industry experience in hospitality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage rosters, shifts & stock
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Drive sales, monitor budgets & report on performance

- Strong wine & cocktail knowledge
