All teachers will be expected to be able to teach from a Christian worldview.POSITION DESCRIPTIONPosition Title: Secondary School ATAR / General Outdoor Education TeacherFTE: 0.8 to 1.0 negotiableFixed Term: Term 3, 2025Purpose: Long Service Leave relief (Term 3 start date 21 July, end date 26 September)Role Expectations:Secondary Teacher with capability to deliver Year 11 and Year 12 ATAR, General Outdoor Education.Years 9-10 Outdoor Education and Year 11 Essential and Foundation Mathematics.Camps/Expeditions: Two 3-day camps held during Term Two, including Year 11 Expedition which returns on a Saturday.Regular use of time during lunch, recess, before and after school to run excursions.The ideal candidate would have the skill set to run activities, including camping, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, abseiling, rock climbing and bushwalking.
