About the Role
As Retail Manager, you’ll inspire your team and keep the retail division running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
Leading, inspiring, and training the team
Delivering outstanding customer service and driving loyalty programs
Overseeing stock management, merchandising, and rosters
Recruiting and building strong, customer-focused teams
Promoting a positive workplace culture
About You
You’re an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll bring:
Proven retail management experience with strong people leadership
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Results focus, with experience managing budgets, wages, and KPIs
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
**Bonus points** if you’ve worked in pharmacy or healthcare retail and/or hold an S2/S3 certificate.
