Swim Instruction Position
We are seeking motivated and skilled swim instructors to deliver engaging learn-to-swim programs for participants of all ages.
* Deliver high-quality instruction that caters to diverse learners, focusing on building confidence and proficiency in the water.
* Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help participants develop effective swimming techniques.
* Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to established safety protocols.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
* Manage attendance records and provide regular updates to program supervisors.
As a casual swim instructor with our organization, you will have opportunities to work flexible hours and contribute to the development of our community's swimming abilities. Positions are available on an as-needed basis, with shifts during the week and on weekends. Remuneration is negotiable.
