We're seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community management team, you'll play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with residents and enhancing their overall living experience.
Job Description
In this exciting opportunity, you'll be responsible for:
* Fostering positive resident relationships by handling queries, feedback, and online reviews in a professional and timely manner.
* Supporting tenancy management, including conducting inspections, lease renewals, rent collection, arrears monitoring, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
* Contributing to leasing operations by conducting property viewings, responding to enquiries, and converting leads into tenancies.
* Maintaining property standards through regular walk-throughs, vendor coordination, invoice oversight, and collaboration with finance and facilities teams.
* Providing operational leadership, including budget preparation and stepping in as Acting Community Manager to ensure seamless site performance.
Key Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
* Real Estate license valid for ACT.
* Valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
