The Business Development and Operations Manager role reports into the Director of the organisation and entails a multifaceted approach to driving growth and ensuring operational excellence. This involves conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to expand market presence and meet revenue targets, fostering strong client relationships to enhance brand visibility and stimulate growth, actively pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating favourable terms for contracts and partnerships, overseeing and collaborating with a team of direct care staff to ensure compliance and quality of service delivery, and continuously monitoring performance metrics to evaluate business development initiatives and pinpoint areas for enhancement. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, coupled with strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills to navigate the complexities of the evolving NDIS care landscape effectively.
The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Demonstrated success in business development or sales within the NDIS care sector is essential, along with an in-depth grasp of the NDIS framework and regulations.
