This exciting opportunity within the Workforce Planning Team requires a skilled analyst to construct Cabin Crew patterns and roster solutions that meet operational objectives. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying process improvements and supporting business decisions.

• Develop and maintain accurate and compliant flight schedules and rosters
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide high-quality analysis and insights
• Respond to crew queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to optimize operational efficiency
• Work closely with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Aviation, Business, Finance, Logistics) or equivalent experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think commercially
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a focus on delivering results
