The Facilities Coordinator provides administrative support to facilities team onsite, cooperating with all services in the office to provide the best possible environment for employees.What You'll DoProvide a cooperative environment for employees, ensuring the highest possible level of engagement and proactivityProvide superior customer service to meet Client's expectationsManage all vendor suppliers (known also as contractors) onsite and remotely, to ensure required standard of performanceConduct daily office inspections to ensure all aspects of the FM service delivery is functioning efficiently.
All failures to be resolved positively in a timely mannerReporting defects using internal tools to create ticketsIdentify areas where refurbishments are needed and motivate budgetsEnsure all tickets for the site are updated regularly and in a professional mannerAssist in the procurement of vendors and services as requiredAssist in financial processes to ensure all financial management requirements are completedConduct regular health and safety audits to ensure all safety procedures are in place and working properlyConduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all timesSeek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standardsMaintain premises in neat and good working conditions at all timesCreate annual Planned Preventative Maintenance plan and maintain it in proper and accurate way · Cooperation with other services for the Client onsite (food team, security, project teams etc.)Act as a 1st point of contact for all employees regarding facilities tasks and issuesCooperate with Health and Safety department to arrange various initiativesWhat You'll NeedJob related experience is required - minimum 3 year in similar multicultural and developing environmentAbility to cooperate with people of different levels inside/outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectivesAbility to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition and performance feedbackIndependence in action and decision-makingExcellent quality of verbal and e-mail communicationAbility to plan and organize work, also managing facilities and stakeholders remotelyPunctuality, meticulousness, reliability and regularityAbility to deal with stressful situationsWhy CBREWhen you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
