Strategic Partnership Opportunity:

* Collaborate with the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary to manage internal and external stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a comprehensive diary, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of meeting materials.
* Partner with the Legal & Secretariat Leadership team to provide support and expertise.
* Lead and develop the Legal Team Assistants, setting goals, and ensuring critical skill coverage.
* Develop and implement process improvements, fostering innovation and adaptability.
* Drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables.

* Experience handling confidential and sensitive issues with discretion, tact, and sound judgment.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
* Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues and provide training on productivity tools.
