Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our team and drive business outcomes in our store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating great experiences for our customers and enabling your team to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors within the store.
* Enable and empower your management team who are customer-focused, people-oriented, and results-driven.
* Coach your team to deliver multiple brand moments and an elevated flagship experience for our customers to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
* Identify your team's development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance to build our bench for future succession.
* Work with field VM and merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results and create great experiences for our customers.
* Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
* Advocate for our foundation, leading the team on how they can make a positive impact on our projects around the world.
