About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell residential properties while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales & Marketing:
* List, market, and sell residential or commercial properties.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract buyers.
* Conduct open houses, private inspections, and property presentations.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Guide buyers and sellers through the sales process with clear communication.
* Negotiate contracts to ensure the best outcomes for all parties.
Market Research & Lead Generation:
* Conduct market analysis to determine property values.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
* Stay up to date with local real estate market trends and regulations.
Transaction Coordination:
* Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
* Coordinate with solicitors, conveyancers, and mortgage brokers.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and industry requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in real estate sales is must.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
* Knowledge of local property markets and industry trends.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Real Estate License.
* Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing (preferred).
