Goal Indigenous Services are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team, delivering high-quality construction projects across commercial and civil environments, in Darwin, NT.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site operations, trades, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
* Coordinate site activities, labour, materials, and equipment to maintain construction schedules.
* Conduct daily pre-start meetings, site inductions, and maintain accurate site documentation and records.
* Work closely with the Project Manager to manage project timelines, budgets, and overall project delivery.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
* Lead and support site teams, fostering a positive and safety-focused work environment.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards through regular inspections and safety meetings.
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions where required.
Required Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager role within construction or civil projects.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
* Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety requirements.
* Strong communication, problem solving, and organisational skills.
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and project documentation.
* Relevant construction qualifications, licences, and tickets highly regarded.
