Proactively support tenants to sustain their tenancy and make a real difference in the community.

**Your accountabilities will include**:
- Managing tenancy processes within the related Act
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with renters while working closely with support services to support them in sustaining their tenancy.
- Ensure property maintenance (e.g vacated maintenance, emergency repairs and responsive maintenance).
- Annual rent reviews.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data.
- Managing VCAT disputes. Including attending hearings, preparation and serving of breach of duty notices and liaising with Victoria Police as required.
- Identify potential tenants for vacant properties using the Victorian Housing Register and referral sources.

**Your skillsets/background**:
- Experienced or qualified in Residential Property.
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as Community Services, Social Housing Management or something similar.
- Great customer service, providing friendly and detailed service.
- High level of administration, organisation and an eye for detail.
- A sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and the ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
- Driver's license with reliable transport.
- Fully COVID Vaccinated.
- Able to pass WWCC and Police Check.
