Job Description
As a Digital Designer, you will play a key role in creating digital assets that align with our brand guidelines. Your work will be used across various formats, including online, email, social media, and affiliates.
You will collaborate with our creative team, client services team, and clients directly to deliver high-quality digital output.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Estimating time to complete tasks according to your schedule
* Working effectively under pressure during high-demand periods
* Being flexible and proactive in understanding and developing briefs
* Producing high-impact creative outputs suitable for channels and aligned with brand goals
* Staying updated on best practices and sharing insights with your team
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in digital or graphic design, preferably in an agency or retail environment
* A strong portfolio of digital projects across multiple devices
* Experience with mobile responsive design and functions
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects is a plus
* Experience in email design and formatting
* Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
* Self-motivated and driven
