In-Home Pool Sales Closer Sydney

Thi is one of Australia's most recognised and trusted pool builders, with over 50 years in the industry. They deliver a high volume of qualified leads, strong brand recognition, and a proven sales system — and now looking for experienced in-home sales closers who thrive on targets, momentum, and closing high-value deals.

This is a pure closer position for people who love being in front of customers, designing solutions on the spot, and converting opportunity into revenue.

The Role

You'll meet homeowners in their homes or at their Campbelltown showroom, design their pool based on site plans and customer vision, and confidently guide them to a signed contract.

They supply the leads, systems, training and support. You bring the discipline, energy and closing skill.

They build across Sydney, South Coast, Central Coast and Newcastle, with a strong pipeline and ongoing lead flow.

Key Responsibilities

* Attend pre-qualified in-home appointments (and self-generated leads if desired)
* Assess site conditions, plans, access, elevations and customer requirements
* Design and present pool solutions clearly and confidently
* Close high-value contracts using structured scripts and objection-handling frameworks
* Educate customers on timelines, inclusions and next steps
* Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline
* Follow up consistently to drive deals to contract stage
* Represent the Blue Haven brand professionally at all times
* Manage your own diary, targets and performance

Who We're Looking For

This role suits experienced closers.

You will likely have:

* Proven experience in in-home sales, high-ticket sales or home improvement
* Strong ability to read plans, understand site conditions and explain technical concepts
* Confidence handling objections and guiding clients to a clear decision
* A competitive, driven mindset and hunger for performance-based earnings
* Comfort working independently while being part of a team
* Willingness to travel across NSW for appointments

Experience in pools, construction, landscaping or design is beneficial but not essential — full training is provided.
