Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of technical projects within our organisation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks, manage resources, and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the desired quality standards.

Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement
* Collaborate with project teams to interpret customer briefs and define project requirements.
* Support the business development process by contributing to proposal responses and client presentations.
* Attend client meetings to assist the Project Manager in capturing discussions, documenting actions, and ensuring follow-up.
* Project Coordination
* Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Monitor project activities to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
* Track progress against milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Communication & Collaboration
* Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution and follow-up on action items.
* Resource Management
* Support the allocation and coordination of project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.
* Liaise with technical teams to ensure resource availability and optimal utilisation.
* Monitor resource usage and proactively identify potential constraints or bottlenecks.
* Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and risk registers.
* Assist in preparing and distributing regular project status reports.
* Ensure proper archiving and accessibility of all project documentation.
* Issue & Risk Management
* Identify and document project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
* Track and monitor resolution efforts, escalating critical concerns as necessary.
* Support proactive risk management to ensure project continuity and success.
* Quality Assurance
* Contribute to ensuring deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.
* Coordinate with QA teams to conduct reviews and inspections.
* Assist in implementing corrective actions to address quality concerns.
* Health & Safety

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or technology.
* Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a technical or IT-related field.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
