Our client is a leading brand within the Australian market and they are seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst to join their team. Reporting into the Analytics Manager This role will work within a centralised data function and will be joining a new business imitative and will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and their data team.
Key Responsibilities....
Contribute to a variety of projects, spanning from simple, low-complexity tasks to comprehensive, enterprise-wide programs.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders, taking ownership to ensure successful outcomes.
Engage with stakeholders to elicit, gather, and document business and technical requirements effectively
Perform detailed analysis of requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
Work closely with data teams (onshore and offshore), as well as teams specializing in architecture, privacy, cybersecurity, and business processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while effectively managing their expectations to deliver work on schedule.
Drive and develop impact analysis
Create small-scale Proof of Concepts (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and prototypes to confirm concepts and fine-tune business requirements
Key Skills & Experience.....
Strong technical background in working with data, including querying, curation, and analysis.
Experience in data modeling, data analysis
Experience working on data projects
Ability to prototype and test data models pre- and post-implementation.
Proactive and adaptable, able to work with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Comfortable multi-tasking and taking on new challenges.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident to be considered for this role.
