About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will:

* Oversee the daily operations, compliance, financial performance and quality outcomes of the centre
* Build long-lasting, authentic relationships with families and the local community
* Use your marketing strengths to drive occupancy and service reputation
* Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated team of educators and early childhood teachers
* Guide the service to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
* Uphold the highest standards of child safety, wellbeing and compliance


About You

To succeed in this leadership role, you will have:

* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent
* Minimum 12 months proven experience leading a centre in the early childhood sector
* A current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
* Strong understanding of NQS, compliance frameworks and centre operations
* A confident, people-focused leadership style with a passion for team culture


About the Curriculum

Educators within this organisation are trained in an evidence-based Lifelong Learning Curriculum which is an advanced, research-informed approach incorporating elements such as Circle of Security, Abecedarian principles and Project-Based Learning. The curriculum is designed to empower children from birth to age five through nurturing, engaging and consistent teaching practices.
