As a Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in attracting top talent and delivering workforce solutions for iconic projects. Based in North Sydney, you'll oversee the full recruitment process while working closely with hiring managers to make a direct impact on our success.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end recruitment from job briefs and advertising to shortlisting and offer.
* Build talent pipelines for key roles using premium sourcing tools.
* Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
* Manage recruitment systems and reporting through Taleo.
* Ensure compliance by facilitating all relevant pre-employment checks.
