The Role
As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end HR support across the business while contributing to broader people and culture initiatives. You will work closely with leaders to ensure best‑practice HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding
* Provide practical and compliant advice on employee relations and workplace matters
* Support leaders with performance management, coaching, and disciplinary processes
* Manage the Apprentice and Schools programs
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
* Assist with learning and development initiatives and workforce planning
* Contribute to HR reporting and people metrics
About You
* Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
* Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships
* Practical, resilient, and solutions‑focused
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
