The role of a casual food services assistant is critical in ensuring that residents receive nutritious meals while maintaining high hygiene standards and adhering to our Food Safety Program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support menu planning to reflect residents' needs, preferences, and dietary requirements.
* Prepare, serve, and present meals and refreshments in accordance with the Food Safety Program.
* Ensure high hygiene standards are maintained through general cleaning and adherence to the Food Safety Program.
* Monitor and record food safety details, including temperatures and goods received.
* Deliver meals and refreshments with a friendly and respectful approach.
* Report any food or beverage concerns to the Registered Nurse in Charge.
