Social Worker - Logan City Special School – Queensland Government

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate social worker to deliver school-based mental health care and interventions, supporting the needs of our students and contributing to their wellbeing and success. This is a progressive role with eligibility for progression according to the role description.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management, counselling, family work, and NDIS liaison.
- Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions to support students\' mental health and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and the community to create innovative solutions for young people in an education setting.
Note: Experience in disability support is highly valued.
