Overview
Travel to remote First Nations communities to support Community Development. Based in Community. This position doesn’t have a home base and is a fixed-term contract requiring travel to different communities.
Responsibilities
- Travel across Arnhem Land to support ALPA's CDP Sites as required, e.g., to cover vacancies while we recruit, cover roles when employees go on annual leave, and provide extra support to sites when needed.
- Build strong relationships with existing employees and community stakeholders.
- Immerse yourself in the culture of the communities you serve while performing duties.
