Your Opportunity
As the Advisory Visiting Teacher, Early Childhood, you will:
* Provide family‐centred early childhood outreach services for children with disability and their families prior to Prep
* Work in partnership with families, early childhood providers and disability support services to ensure access to early intervention
* Support engagement and successful transitions from early childhood to Prep for children with disability, work environment, team culture or team priorities
* Plan, prepare and deliver effective learning and teaching programs for every student in allocated classes and groups
* Contribute to the development and implementation of school objectives and school planning as well as the establishment and maintenance of a supportive school environment
The Advisory Visiting Teacher reports to the school Principal or delegate.
