SuperGreen Solutions Townsville & Surrounds is a locally owned, family-run business delivering energy-efficient solutions across the region. With strong relationships in the building industry and consistent workflow, we’re looking for a reliable, motivated team member to join us.
💼 About the Role
This role focuses on insulation installation, primarily across new build homes, with some work in existing residential properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Installing ceiling insulation in new builds and residential homes
* Working safely and efficiently in roof spaces
* Loading, unloading and delivering materials
* Assisting with general labouring duties on-site
This is a hands-on, physical role, suited to someone who enjoys active work.
⏰ Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 3:00pm
* Friday: 6:30am – 1:30pm

We’re looking for someone with the right mindset and attitude:
* Reliable and shows up ready to work
* Strong work ethic and takes pride in doing a good job
* Physically fit and comfortable working in roof spaces
* Current driver’s licence (essential)
* Willing to learn and grow with the business
👉 No experience required — full training provided
👉 Experience in construction or insulation is a bonus, but not essential
