Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Change Coordinator to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive Men's Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) in the Northern Territory.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for designing a trauma-informed, evidence-based MBCP aligned to the Northern Territory Minimal Standards for Declared Domestic Family Violence programs.
* They will develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other DFV related services, including Legal, Police, Corrections, Child Protection, Drug and Alcohol Services, and Health Services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement a two-stage MBCP: Stage One - Design Stage, and Stage Two - Implementation Stage.
* Negotiate and understand the complexities of working with stakeholders, pre-existing systems, and ensure program success in the future.
Requirements:
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and service providers.
* Demonstrate expertise in programme design, delivery, and evaluation.
* Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
