Your Role
* Manage incoming referrals and deliver tailored lending solutions.
* Guide clients through the full loan journey – from strategy and application to settlement.
* Work with Financial Advisers and support staff to create a seamless experience.
* Maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of service.
About You
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is preferred, though not essential.
* Experience in mortgage broking or lending (bank or non-bank).
* Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
* Passionate about being part of a purpose-driven team.
