What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling calls and emails with a friendly and professional approach. You’ll support operational teams with essential administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Managing customer records will be part of your day, from adding new customers to updating existing information. You'll efficiently process purchase orders and customer requests while working closely with front-line staff to follow up on and resolve enquiries. Assisting in setting up new customer accounts and issuing quote requests will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you’ll follow up on expired quotes to maximise opportunities, process invoices to meet month-end deadlines, and take on various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to keep things organised and efficient.
