What You'll Do:
Assessing and providing intervention to children and adults living with disabilities in the Bundaberg region (and surrounds)
Complete functional capacity assessments at home and in the office
Ensure
quality assurance & compliance
with NDIS standards
Working with Participants within our Hub or in a Community setting
Engage with
clients, families, and stakeholders
for integrated care
Manage a caseload of participants ranging from early childhood to older adulthood who may present with increasing complexity, multiple co-morbidities and functional limitations
Provide evidence based, personal centered assessment, clinical management and intervention

AHPRA Registration (or eligibility)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR certification
Driver's licence & comprehensive car insurance
Completion of NDIS orientation modules
