Sales Consultant - Renewable Energy About the Role Sharp & Carter are currently recruiting for a high-performing In-Home Sales Consultant to join a well-established and highly regarded residential solutions business. Sydney Metro Territory Full-time | Weekdays every 2nd Saturday (Monday off the following week) $65,000 base super $150k–$200k OTE Fully Maintained Vehicle A highly recognisable and trusted brand This is a face-to-face, in-home sales role focused on residential customers. You’ll be running pre-qualified appointments, managing your own pipeline, and closing in a consultative environment. With consistent lead flow, strong brand recognition, and structured onboarding, this role suits a commercially driven salesperson who thrives in front of customers and can confidently sell on value. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Engagement Attend 2–4 in-home appointments per day Conduct consultations and recommend tailored solutions Influence and close sales in a face-to-face setting Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end Pipeline & Performance Manage pipeline activity through CRM Follow up inbound leads, referrals, and existing opportunities Maintain strong conversion rates Work toward monthly revenue targets Territory Management Cover a Sydney metro territory (flexible depending on location) Plan daily routes and optimise schedules Generate referral opportunities and repeat business About You: You’re a confident, results-driven salesperson who enjoys face-to-face interaction and building trust in a customer’s home. You understand how to balance a consultative approach with strong closing ability. Skills & Experience: Essential Proven track record in sales (ideally in-home or face-to-face) Strong closing ability and commercial awareness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CRM experience and pipeline management capability Ability to work autonomously and manage your schedule Desirable Background in residential, home improvement, or construction-related sales Experience in solution-based or consultative selling Understanding of pricing, margins, and value-based selling Additional Information Structured onboarding and product training provided Strong existing pipeline and lead flow Ramp-up period with gradual increase in appointments High earning potential for strong performers Bottom Line A high-conversion, in-home sales role with strong earning potential, built on consistent lead flow and your ability to close.
