Description:
This role requires the provision of high-quality care to residents within a residential facility. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver direct care, ensure quality care at all times and work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing individualized care to residents with diverse needs
* Ensuring resident safety and well-being at all times
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Awareness of work health and safety procedures
