We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Support Professional to join our team.
About the Role
* Assist clients with daily living tasks such as showering, medications, transport, or respite care services.
* Provide everyday living support like domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, or meal preparation.
* Promptly report client services and recognize/report any client risks via our incident management system.
Key Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (desired)
* Current Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel for work
* Registered and insured vehicle for work purposes
* Empathy and passion for helping others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Confidence in using technology to deliver quality services
