About the Role:
As an allied health assistant/ administration assistant with our team, you'll have the opportunity to deliver evidence-based exercise interventions for a diverse range of clients, from those with chronic conditions to athletes looking to enhance performance. Your role will involve:
* Completing set, tailored exercise programs
* Providing education and support to clients on managing their health through physical activity
* Collaborating with other health professionals to deliver holistic care
* Engaging with clients both in the clinic and in community settings to improve their overall fitness, mobility, and well-being
* Administration duties: Booking appointments, answering calls, and keeping the clinic running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
* Passion for helping people achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
* Administrative experience preferred, but training can be provided
* Prior experience in community-based health programs is a bonus, but not essential
