Trainee Store Managers:
14. You will consider yourself to be a proactive and driven individual who leads by example, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm, commitment and customer service excellence. In addition you will have:
15. Leadership / supervisory experience ideally working in large format retail stores;
16. Understanding or Exposure to store financial reporting including P&L (operating report), Rosters and Budgets;
17. Worked within a team to deliver results;
18. Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and company stakeholders;
19. Work towards KPIs and targets at a swift pace;
20. Finally you have a passion for the automotive industry and Repco products.
The successful individual will:
21. Be a passionate customer service expert
22. Be able to motivate their team members to shine, develop and succeed
23. Have store operations management experience and success leading and engaging a team
24. Have experience within a dual format sales environment, trade product, or multi network operation
25. Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
26. Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
