About the Client:
Rio Tinto Operates the world's largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets. These assets include a world-class, integrated network of 15 iron ore mines, four port facilities, a 1,700-kilometre rail network and related infrastructure. Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety, and environmental performance.
About the Role:
This position is based on full time hours, Monday to Friday. Applicants must have some flexibility to cover weekends if required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements
Process IVMS tokens, gate cards, PSG orders, and MSIC applications
Engage with stakeholders and handle customer service inquiries
Manage daily site communications and updates
Raise purchase orders and process invoices for payment
Collaborate with the administration team to ensure smooth site operations
Skills and Experience:
Proven administration experience with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and multitask effectively.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with SAP (process to pay); Power BI knowledge is a plus.
C class driver's licence
