About the Role
The Shared Services Officer is the first point of contact for customers and visitors in our Launceston Office. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience at reception, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Additionally, you will manage a range of business processes, including general enquiries, procurement, facilities coordination and records management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a consistent level of service.
What You'll Do
* Deliver high-quality customer service across email, phone, and digital channels
* Manage administrative processes, records, and shared-service activities accurately and efficiently
* Coordinate office requirements — including stationery, catering, room bookings and maintenance requests
* Support stakeholder engagement with internal teams and external providers
* Maintain and update shared knowledge systems, intranet pages, and databases
About you:
* Previous experience in administration or customer service
* A friendly, professional and proactive approach to your work
* Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems
* Excellent communication, teamwork and time-management skills
* The ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities
