Manage patient records, coordinate communication and support safe clinical care in a high‑volume specialist chest clinic.



Employment Type: Temporary Part Time (Up to 4th May 2027)
Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 2 
Remuneration: 33.59 – 34.70 per hour
Hours Per Week: 24
Location: Westmead Hospital

What you’ll be doing

As an Administration Officer, you’ll be a vital link between patients, clinicians and services, ensuring accurate information flow and efficient clinic operations.

* Act as the first point of contact for patients, staff and external stakeholders

* Maintain and manage confidential medical and administrative records

* Support clinicians with timely, accurate information for safe patient care

* Coordinate messages, schedules and administrative workflows

* Contribute to quality improvement, safety and person‑centred care
