Due to internal promotion in our People Experience team, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to play a key role in recruiting frontline Disability Support Workers and Support Workers who make a real difference every day.
About This Role
The Talent Acquisition Officer plays an important role in delivering a smooth, compliant, and high-quality recruitment experience for frontline roles across the organisation. Working closely with hiring leaders, you’ll support end-to-end volume recruitment, from attraction through to onboarding, ensuring candidates and stakeholders feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Key responsibilities include:
* Posting tailored job ads across multiple platforms and sourcing candidates through a range of channels
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities
* Screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing all pre-employment checks
* Preparing accurate employment documentation and maintaining records in MultiWork
* Monitoring Jira tickets and responding to candidate and stakeholder enquiries efficiently
* Ensuring all recruitment activity aligns with employment legislation and internal compliance requirements

About You
You’re someone who loves structure, systems, and getting the details right, but you also bring a human touch to everything you do. You’re confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and can pick up new systems quickly in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
You’ll bring:
* Previous experience in an HR or recruitment
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
* Clear, professional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* A genuine commitment to creating a positive, welcoming candidate experience
