Citizens' Advice Bureau offers a range of services you can assist with.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with organising the front desk, greeting clients, booking appointments and other duties as required.
Answering calls and queries to provide information and referrals.
Booking appointments for the legal team from walk-in clients as well as from information and referral queries.
Receiving payment for appointments booked by clients.
Helping to ensure health or safety of volunteers or staff.
Reporting any hazards to health or safety of volunteers or staff immediately.
