Super) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major government data and digital transformation initiative focused on building a centralised land data platform and analytics capability. This role will play a key part in capturing business requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, defining Agile user stories and supporting solution design for a new enterprise database and analytics environment.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead requirements discovery and documentation for a complex data program. You will help shape the design of a new enterprise land database and analytics solution, ensuring alignment with existing systems and government governance frameworks. The role requires strong experience in Agile delivery, data-focused projects and stakeholder engagement. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Facilitate business requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders Translate requirements into user stories, epics and prioritised product backlogs Support the design of database schema and data structures Document business and functional requirements aligned to governance processes Assist with data mapping and migration between systems Collaborate with delivery teams during Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and stand-ups Ensure solutions integrate effectively with existing enterprise systems and platforms MORE ABOUT YOU Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large data or transformation programs Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Demonstrated ability to run stakeholder workshops and gather complex requirements Experience with data migration, data mapping and database schema design Exposure to cloud data analytics platforms such as Databricks Experience working with spatial or geospatial data environments Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with technical and business teams If this opportunity aligns with your expertise and aspirations, please apply!
