About the Role
Key Responsibilities
* Design, fabricate, and repair dental prostheses including dentures, crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported restorations
* Construct and adjust dental models from impressions and digital scans
* Prepare wax‐ups and trial restorations ensuring proper function and aesthetics
* Operate dental laboratory equipment and CAD/CAM systems
* Process, finish, and polish acrylic, ceramic, and zirconia restorations
* Repair and adjust prosthetic appliances to ensure fit and comfort
* Maintain quality assurance and compliance with technical and regulatory standards
* Collaborate with dentists to interpret prescriptions and deliver an accurate outcome
Experience or Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in Dental Technology (AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent), or at least three years of relevant work experience
* Demonstrated experience in fabrication and repair of dental prostheses
* Knowledge of dental materials including acrylics, ceramics, and zirconia
* Experience with dental laboratory equipment and CAD/CAM systems (desirable)
* Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
