This is an in office, full‐time role located in Mawson Lakes, SA.
The Broker Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting brokers in managing client files and applications, coordinating with lenders, preparing loan documents, and maintaining up-to-date records in the system. The role also involves communicating with clients, assisting with documentation requirements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Specialist will provide administrative and scheduling support to facilitate smooth workflow processes.

* Technical proficiency, including experience using software and systems for managing client files and loan applications
* Solid administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients in a professional and supportive manner
