My client, a key Government department are currently looking for a senior events coordinator to come on board and help with planning and delivering high level projects and events. Your new role
As a Senior Events Coordinator, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects and events, catering to a wide range of stakeholders. This role requires strategic oversight from initial concept development through to execution, including securing sponsorships, managing logistics, and delivering post-event reporting.
You will play a key role in shaping event concepts and strategies, while building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Your responsibilities will also include preparing detailed briefings, responding to complex enquiries, and establishing robust reporting frameworks, systems, and schedules to ensure seamless event delivery and continuous improvement.What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience in a Government setting will be highly advantageous
* Demonstrated experience managing the end to end process of events, including budgets and all logistics at a senior level
* Influencing and stakeholder engagement skills being able to build relationships and rapport quickly with people at all levels
* Impeccable attention to detail and time management capabilities
* Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines
* Experience in managing large scale events and a can-do attitude and be willing to contribute
