We're looking for a talented Brand& Content Executive to join our Marketing team. This role will lead ourbrand strategy, manage content creation across all digital platforms, andensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborating cross-functionally,the Brand & Content Executive will work to strengthen audience engagement,grow brand equity, and support commercial and organisational goals.
This role is office based at Rouse Hill, Sydney.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your responsibilitieswill include:
Brand Strategy:
* Develop and maintain the overarching brand, tone ofvoice, including positioning, messaging and content.
* Ensure consistent brand execution across all onlineand offline channels (website, social media, email, events, print).
* Identify and pursue strategic brand collaborationopportunities with sponsors, influencers, and aligned partners to enhancereach and relevance.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends toinform brand strategy.
* Partner with the Creative team to maintain visualidentity guidelines.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Team to integratebrand messaging into digital campaigns and customer experiences.
Content Creation & Strategy:
* Create, plan and oversee high-quality contentacross organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok).
* Collaborate with the Design team to produce assetsthat effectively communicate product features, brand storytelling, andcampaign messaging.
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines,tone of voice, and legal or compliance requirements.
* Measure and report on content across social mediafor effectiveness and engagement, continuously refining strategies basedon performance data.
Photography:
* Co-ordinate photography shoots for new seasoncollections. Find suitable locations, brief content teams and collaborateon product combinations and trends to shoot.
About You
* Strong copywriting, editing, and storytellingskills with a keen eye for visual branding and content performance.
* Solid understanding of all social media platformsand scheduling tools (Planoly/Hootsuite)
* Excellent project management and communicationskills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
* 2-3 years' experience in brand management, contentstrategy, preferably with an interest in interior design or fashiontrends.
* Experience creating content using Canva orequivalent.
* Relevant qualification in Marketing, Commerce orsimilar would be essential.
* Retail experience preferred
