With four plants across Adelaide and a growing decorative concrete offering, this is a rare opportunity to inherit a loyal customer base while still having room to make your mark! Based in our Salisbury head office, this isn’t your typical sales role. You’ll be replacing a long-standing industry figure and spend time learning from one of the industry’s most experienced operators - gaining hands-on exposure that most competitors simply can’t offer! This is a relationship-led Account Management role with a blend of business development, focused on growing an established portfolio while identifying new opportunities across the Adelaide market. You’ll: Manage and grow a portfolio of builders, concreters, architects, and key clients, building long-term partnerships Identify new business opportunities while increasing market share, revenue, and margin across existing accounts Maintain CRM activity, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and provide regular sales insights and reporting Stay close to the market - monitoring competitor activity, pricing, and customer trends to inform your approach Collaborate with internal teams (allocations, customer service, operations) to ensure seamless delivery and strong customer outcomes Support customers with product selection, particularly within decorative concrete (Stylecrete), and contribute to new product ideas Balance time between the field and showroom, engaging customers face-to-face and supporting walk-ins when required Maintain display centres, support social media initiatives, and manage debtor follow-ups with a strong commercial mindset The Experience: We’re open on background – concrete knowledge and experience is helpful, but not essential. If you understand the industry and customers, the team will teach you the technical side.
