Due to continued growth and the award of several large-scale projects, Allaro Homes Cairns is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our expanding team.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient project delivery from commencement through to completion.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
* Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes, WHS requirements, and contract specifications
* Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and site programming
* Conduct quality assurance inspections and maintain accurate site documentation
* Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to management
* Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
About You
* QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
* Construction White Card (mandatory)
* Demonstrated experience supervising residential and/or commercial construction projects
* Strong knowledge of Queensland building standards, WHS requirements, and QA processes
* Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Basic to intermediate computer skills (construction management software experience advantageous)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
