Sales Lead Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on environmental solutions.
Job Description:
The Sales Lead will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities in the soil and water remediation industry. They will build relationships with clients, maintain a pipeline of opportunities, and lead the sales process for projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing compelling technical proposals and bid documents
* Responding to potential client requests for expressions of interest (EOIs), pre-qualifications, proposals (RFPs) and tenders
* Collaborating with engineers and scientists to accurately represent our solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the Sales Lead will need to have:
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the environmental sector
* Strong technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
* In-depth knowledge of soil and water remediation techniques and technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
